What does your product look like?
Your facility is a product. In other words it is something that you can sell. To the community it is something they can use, to potential sponsors it is a way for them to advertise to the community to help sell their own products. No matter what your objectives are with marketing your facility, you should think of the facility, its spaces, its staff and the services they can provide as if the whole facility is something you can sell or rent to people in the community. Take care to keep your Board / Management Committee informed on what you are planning.
